Good afternoon. I am interested in digitizing Christmas/Holiday cards that we sell as a fundraiser for our non profit. The cards can be seen on our current website at www.viva4children.org/shop

The goal is to slowly transition out of printing paper cards and instead make digitized cards available for pay per use of some sort. Either a subscription rate or a per use "donation" rate.

Still working out the details of marketing but first need to see if the digitization is possible.

What we have in place
  • We currently have the paper images of the artwork and a jpg for website, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have a staff person (me) to work on this project, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $3,002 , allowing us to remain current with customer demand for newer marketing options

These cards produce income for our program. Paper cards are becoming less profitable than twenty years ago when we started selling these.

Prep: Distribution of Prep Materials
  • Volunteer Manager shares with Professional the intended platform(s) where graphics will be posted, ideas for copy, and images to include in the graphics (if any)
  • Volunteer Manager and Professional discuss the objective of the graphic, key audiences, and visual branding guidelines
  • Volunteer Manager shares examples of graphics or memes they like with the Professional

Milestone 1: Preliminary Design
  • Professional drafts three graphics using different themes to share with the Volunteer Manager
  • Volunteer Manager chooses one draft as a primary theme and provides feedback

Milestone 2: Graphic Creation
  • Professional provides Volunteer Manager with first draft of graphic
  • Volunteer Manager provides Professional with up to two rounds of feedback

Milestone 3: Final Graphic Delivered
  • Professional delivers final version of the graphics and explains how to upload image(s) to the Organization’s chosen platform(s)
