Fee-For-Service Strategy Sessions

Project details

What we need
  • 3-5 one hour strategy sessions identifying a fee-for-service activity that can complement the Organization's current mission and existing services
  • A written summary of discussion and prioritized idea
  • A starter plan of recommendations and actionable next steps for implementation
  • Note: This project does not include creating a fundraising strategy to recruit donors or identify grant opportunities
Additional details

For years SJCF has served the senior community of St. John. Recently we have been asked by DHS to assume more roles in In Home Care services many of which can be reimbursed by Medicare / Medicaid. We are looking for assistance in actionable steps to making this a reality.

What we have in place
  • We currently have dedicated staff committed to this project, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have history in the work and need assistance monetizing it -, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $2,970 , allowing us to develop a cohesive business plan for this new program.

This would allow our community to have proper in home care and adult day care services on our island. Currently 60% of our population is over 60 and there are no senior living options. We rely on our Dial A Ride transportation and a failing Meals on Wheels program to fullfill unmet needs.
