Website Content Plan
Website Content Plan
Project details
What we need
- A document outlining each page and section of the website, with descriptions of written and visual content for each
- An assessment of the written content, specifically indicating where written content is final, draft (needs editing), or needs to be written from scratch
- An assessment of the visual content, specifically indicating which visual assets are ready and which need to be created or sourced
- Advice on how to collect content from other places (e.g., marketing materials, grant proposals, event photos, etc.) and edit it for the website
- Note: This project is for content planning only. For additional support, see the Website Creation: Build a Brand New Site bundle
Additional details
We would like to overhaul our existing website. It is currently hosted by GoDaddy and is a Wordpress site. We have content available and a previous functionality audit that we can provide.
What we have in place
- We currently have an existing website with content we want to copy over, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have admin access, a recent audit with layout/visual changes, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $1,636 , allowing us to focus on our patients and their needs.
As a small non-profit we depend on technology to reach our donors. We would like to have a website that is more user friendly and visually appealing. We would like for our patients to be able to find information on our site as well.
It is also important for our staff to know how to make updates and changes to the site when needed.

Our mission
Patient Assist VI (PAVI) is a non-profit benefiting residents of the US Virgin Islands. Our mission is to make sure no patient has to choose between their basic living expenses and the medications they need to be healthy and productive. As of 2019, we have obtained over $2,000,000 worth of prescription medications for our patients! We are seeing record numbers of referrals and because of the generosity of our donors, our patients never pay anything!
