What we need
- Set up of Organization's account in email marketing software (possible tools include Mailchimp, Constant Contact, Campaign Monitor)
- Imported contact list into software with guidance on list cleaning & management
Additional details
Tasks include:
1. Import contact list into Mailchimp software and provide guidance on list cleaning and management.
2. Create a strategy for email marketing.
3. Create a CSV file for prospective contacts.
What we have in place
- We currently have a Mailchimp account, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have media graphics, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $3,640 , allowing us to renovate historic properties for multipurpose projects.
St.JanCo's email marketing system set up will help us to communicate effectively with our volunteers, donors, and key stakeholders in our community, St. John, U.S. Virgin Islands. We will use this platform to mobilize volunteers, launch fundraisers, and provide information on our programming.

Our mission
St.JanCo: "The St. John Heritage Collective" is a grassroots initiative aiming to establish a community land trust on the island of St. John for sustainable public use. As a coalition of concerned stakeholders in our community, we aim to acquire, manage, and provide land and resources in support of the establishment of a vocational school, affordable housing, civic spaces, community gardens, art cooperatives, and ethical commerce. Our model of grassroots community organizing around social, political, and economic issues aims to preserve the identity, culture, and histories of the people of St. John while innovatively preparing for a self-determined future.
