What we need
  • Ongoing web development support for 10-15 hours over the course of 4 weeks
  • Support may include: website maintenance, updates or improvements
  • Note: We devised this project to connect nonprofits and volunteers for more flexible, more immediate impact. We strongly suggest you start with 4 weeks and decide from there if you'd like to continue working.
Additional details

We use Wordpress and have an existing site that needs some improvements and updating.

What we have in place
  • We currently have an existing Wordpress site, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have WP bakery, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $3,757 , allowing us to reach our community more effectively and explain what we do.

  • Volunteer Manager provides an outline of current state of their website at the organization
  • Volunteer Manager provides overview of ongoing web development need they have over the next 2-4 weeks

  • Both parties review our pro-tips for Organizations and Volunteers to ensure the project is set up for success

Step 1: Ongoing Support
  • Volunteer delivers ongoing support according to determined outline
  • Weekly check-ins to ensure support is being offered as agreed upon by both parties

  • Volunteer provides any relevant training to the Volunteer Manager to help them continue work, as necessary, after 4 weeks

Our mission

Provide the residents of Coral Bay St. John, US Virgin Islands with a say in the future of Coral Bay development, including protection of the beautiful and fragile natural environment, and provision of appropriate infrastructure.

What we do

CBCC is a Watershed Management agency and is now in Phase 3 of its Watershed Management Project which includes repairing past stormwater management mistakes that threaten the blue waters of Coral Bay, recovering from the hurricanes of 2017 and adding community facilities , and advocating real planning for the future in this remote area of the US Virgin Islands
