What we need
- Design of one template for a document based on Organization's Visual Brand Guidelines that can be customized for various needs (e.g., letterhead)
- Design of one specific document (e.g., appeal letter)
- Note: This project is for a single page template only. For longer presentations, please use the Presentation Creation project

Good Day! We need a fresh template design for our annual newsletter. It is usually a two-sided, one-sheet document. We are working on a visual branding guide, but it will not be ready in time for this project. We can provide a high-resolution file of our logo and a sample of previous newsletters. Also, all of the newsletter 2020 content has not been completed as yet. We are working with a timeline, to assist us with staying on track with preparing the newsletter for distribution in mid-November.
What we have in place
- We currently have high-resolution copy of our logo, previous newsletter sample, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have some content and formatting information, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $1,187 , allowing us to put more towards new software for our communications and marketing efforts.
Our annual newsletter is one of the important ways we engage with and inform supporters about their impact in the community, express gratitude for their actions and introduce prospective and new supporters to WCSC's mission and progress in helping victims and survivors of crime. It provides the good news about this year's events and what people have to look forward to for the coming year.

What we do
We provide direct services, including crisis intervention, emergency shelter, transitional housing and facilitated support groups to victims and survivors of crime, especially domestic and sexual violence.
